KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

The successful candidate will be in charge of operating UHT sterilizers and infusion plant. The candidate will also be responsible for the completion of all related documentation including the reconciliation of all milk flow.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

The minimum requirement for this position is Matric and SP2 with Nature of Milk and/or equivalent qualification. Candidate must have experience in mixing of value added products, must be able to produce neat and accurate figure work, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with service providers and customers. Preferably, the candidate should be computer literate in MS Office, be familiar with milk testing methods and have had exposure to milk production or processing. This position requires shift work and overtime on a regular basis.
